Senator Ted Cruz reports 20 Supreme Court cases the Obama Administration lost unanimously

Senator Ted Cruz released a report entitled The Legal Limit Report No. 5. It lists 20 court cases the Obama Administration has brought to the Supreme Court which were all unanimously rejected.

Congress Gave Up its Constitutional Authority in Obamacare

Under Obamacare, the president appoints an Independent Payments Advisory Board (IPAB).

IPAB’s 15 non-elected members are responsible for reducing reimbursements to doctors to limit Medicare’s budget.

IPAB’s decisions are law unless Congress overrules IPAB by passing equal or greater cuts.
